The Everyday Health Initiative (EHI) is a youth-led organization dedicated to promoting healthy daily habits and preventing chronic illness through education, outreach, and advocacy. On September 7th, we're hosting a Walkathon at Aldergrove Regional Park in partnership with Breakfast Club of Canada, an organization working to ensure no child starts their day hungry.

Every step you take and every dollar you donate helps provide nutritious breakfasts to students all around Canada who need them, while supporting EHI's mission to build healthier habits in our communities. Whether you're joining us on the trail or cheering us on from home, your contribution makes a real difference in a child's day.

Event Information

The walk is from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and we ask all participants to arrive by 10:30 a.m. Volunteers should plan to be on site from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
